To book a guided tour, please use the contact form and let me know what tour you are interested in, specify the desired date and time, the number of participants and any specific requests.

Once I receive your booking request, I will contact you personally to confirm availability and discuss the relevant details of the tour. We can then agree on the date, time and meeting point.

Payment

Please note that the prices for guided tours indicated on my website do not include the cost of admission to museums and monuments. The entrance fees for museums and monuments are paid for by visitors, but I can handle the booking of the necessary tickets on your behalf if you so wish. In that case, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can ensure their availability and discuss with you the payment and confirmation of the reservation.

Payment must be done ahead of the guided tour. I offer different payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption.

Should you cancel a tour a full-refund can be offered as long as you let me know 48 hours or more in advance. I will then refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
